About the Role

Reliance Jio invites applications for a Customer Service role in the blended process, offering an exciting opportunity to work with India’s largest telecom company. This is a permanent work-from-home position designed for individuals with excellent English communication skills, providing support via chat, email, and inbound/outbound calls.


Key Responsibilities as Customer Service – Blended Process

Customer Support: Handle customer queries through chat, email, and calls.

Blended Process: Manage both inbound and outbound communications, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Requirements: Customer Service – Blended Process

English Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written 

Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO (voice or non-voice process) preferred.

Education: Graduates and undergraduates with excellent English communication skills are welcome to apply.

Technical Requirements: Must have a personal laptop and a reliable broadband connection.

Other Criteria: Not hiring currently enrolled students.

Additional Information

Work Schedule: 6 days a week, with 1 rotational day off.

Shift Timings: Rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Working Hours: 9 hours per day.

Interview Timings: 10 AM to 6:30 PM.
